Here is a view of the living room of one of our fine suites. As
you can see, the view from the large windows of this corner suite looks out upon
all the happenings of downtown Deadwood. Our rooms start on the third floor of
this historic building, so while the view might be just what your looking for,
you will be high enough that all the sounds of the city will be far enough below
as not to disturb. That is, except for the rumble of a Harley Davidson or twenty
as they roll on up. Though we have always thought that growl is more music than
noise. With a pullout queen sized sleeper couch, there is plenty of room for
that company that stops on by after a few microbrew drafts downstairs and then
decides that YOU have the best place in town!
At first look this might seem to be just another hotel room. Now
consider that this is just one room in your large Deadwood Dicks suite. So when
you are ready to turn in for the night, but the rest of the guests are talking
about heading back downstairs to try thier luck at the machines and get a few
more drafts, you can always retreat to the privacy and comfort of your room for
a little shuteye or television before heading out again.
Here at Deadwood Dicks, we call this our "Small
Suite". But in Deadwood, nothing is done on a small scale. This spacious
room has a king sized bed, large bathroom and since it's located on the backside
of this grand old building, you will have a spectacular view of the mountain
side that we nestled up next to. You might not be able to hear the Harleys quite
so well, but hey, everyone's got to sleep sometime.
